Grief 2 years in-to those that are new to the path

I feel this clip with every crevice of my being.

Grief and loss are uncomfortable and when you master even bitty steps, another one swoops from behind.

My findings: Be kind to those you know are grieving, time is different for everyone. Weird things are big things.

This week I went through Sophie’s bibs, equipment was easy as someone needs it. Anyone that cared for her knows they were placed with so much thought with an outfit. I kept some of them. I went through so much paperwork😜and still so much more…

I also turned the calendar from March, I haven’t been able to as it meant this was real. Months changed…we are almost 3 months we are growing.

The radio shuts off, lights flicker we talk to her because we know she is more present in spirit form. We have moments and bit by bit we grow😊

I feel quite accomplished and I am thankful to have this time in bits.
