There are zero startup costs to begin offering services on Dragonfly.

For most offerings—1:1 sessions, classes, packages—the split is: 80% to you, 20% to Dragonfly. No other hidden fees or costs; and we cover the transactions fees.

For Community Calendar events, the 80/20 split applies unless the event falls into one of these categories:

Karma Events

These events are shared 50/50 between the Practitioner and Dragonfly.

Karma Events:
• Support Dragonfly’s mission of accessibility
• Increase visibility for the Practitioners hosting
• Receive special highlighting in marketing and newsletters
• Help fund Reiki initiatives for low-income and high-need communities

Dragonfly Community Circles

“Think Reiki meets virtual support groups.”

Themes may focus on emotional, physical, or life-transition support, such as survivors’ circles, caregiver and chronic illness support, trauma healing, grief, letting go, and more.

Tickets are $20 USD, or included in Dragonfly’s paid memberships.
Practitioners receive $10 USD per participant—whether the seat was paid, included in a membership, or donated.

Dragonfly Community Experiences

Workshops or specialty offerings that blend Reiki with deeper teaching or exploration—such as multi-modality sessions, somatic and wellness experiences, creative energy practices, and foundational or advanced Reiki education.

Tickets are $20 USD or included in memberships.
Practitioners receive $10 USD per participant.

Dragonfly then:

If training occurred strictly through pre-recorded modules (e.g., Udemy), we may request supplemental training.

Level 2 practitioners (6+ months) are also supported in finding a pathway to their Reiki Master certification.

Yes.
The only requirement is that clients who find you through Dragonfly book and pay through the Dragonfly platform for current and future events to ensure fairness and platform sustainability.

No, you do not need your own website to offer services through Dragonfly.
Your personalized practitioner landing page on the Dragonfly Reiki Marketplace provides everything you need to share with potential clients—your story, your offered services, your specialties, your articles, your YouTube videos, testimonials, meditation contributions, and more.
Many practitioners use their Dragonfly page as their primary online presence.

Membership Group Participation

Align, Balance, and Thrive members gather monthly for 90-minute sessions. Thrive members have access to all three meetings, while Balance Members have access to their meeting and the Align meeting.

Practitioners can request to lead these gathering, introduce themselves, and provide an example of one of their services. These may also be recorded, and used for additional marketing purposes.

Free Events

We greatly value your donation of time and energy, as it helps us further expand the reach of Reiki, and helps us fulfil our commitment to make Reiki accessible to all.

We provide free Reiki shares or workshops with the same level of promotion and support as paid events. These events may also be recorded, edited, and added to our Reiki Resources, YouTube Channel, and for marketing purposes, increasing your exposure.
