Monthly Online Gathering | 1 Hour | With Lara, Reiki Master Practitioner

Caring for others — whether as a professional caregiver or a loved one supporting someone with a chronic illness, cancer, or disability — can be deeply rewarding, yet profoundly draining. This monthly Reiki Support Circle offers a gentle space for renewal, understanding, and shared connection.

Each session includes:

  • A brief welcome and introductions

  • A guided distance Reiki invocation and mini healing to calm, balance, and replenish your energy

  • An open, supportive discussion where you can share, listen, and explore ways to nurture yourself while caring for others

  • A closing Reiki share to leave you feeling centered, peaceful, and uplifted

You don’t have to walk this path alone. Join us to receive the care you so freely give to others.

All caregivers are welcome — no Reiki experience needed.

Held online once a month for 1 hour.

My Reiki journey began in 2015 after my very first session — an experience so profound that I immediately felt called to learn and share this healing energy with others. By 2016, I became a Usui Tibetan Reiki Master and later certified as an Animal Reiki Practitioner. For me, Reiki is more than a healing practice — it’s a way of life. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions from my peaceful practice in Northcliff, Gauteng, creating a safe, nurturing space for you to release stress, find balance, and reconnect with your inner peace. Each session is intuitively guided to support your unique needs, helping you feel lighter, calmer, and more grounded.
