Hosted by Kirien, this biweekly Reiki-infused sharing circle is designed for those who often feel “in-between” — between countries, communities, identities, or cultural expectations.

Each session includes facilitated sharing around a theme and a deeply restorative Reiki healing to help you:

• feel grounded in yourself

• reconnect with inner belonging

• release the pressure to fit a single identity

• build a sense of home within

You don’t need to have the words for your experience.
You just need a willingness to arrive as you are.

This offering is set up as an 8 session series, occurring on a biweekly basis. Each week will have a different suggested theme to guide the experience, but participants are very welcome to bring their own topics and use the time to share whatever is alive in the heart, related to the larger exploration of geographical and cultural belonging.
